Stephanie Strand is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP) with advanced training in functional movement, restorative yoga, Reiki, and trauma-informed practices. She weaves yoga philosophy, anatomy, and mindful sequencing into practices that are both grounding and transformative.

Her offerings range from soulful flows and restorative yoga to Reiki and sound healing, always with an emphasis on self-care, accessibility, and community connection. 

Stephanie also leads advanced teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops, and is passionate about blending traditional wisdom with modern approaches to wellbeing.
